Meats are smoked in-house over night in our custom pit, which we start at 5:00 AM. The buns for our sandwiches are homebaked, bacon is home-smoked, and we make our own BBQ sauces, which we’ve developed and fine-tuned over years. Every first Friday of the month, we also do a Pastrami Special.
