Lino is a Texas native, born in Houston and raised in Germany. After more than ten years as a chef in several restaurants, he decided to return to his country of birth to learn how to smoke meat.
At Stiles Switch in Austin, Texas, Lino used to spend long days and nights in front of the pit. That’s where he found his passion: Barbecue.
You can taste it. Lino brought all the flavor and all his craftsmanship to create some Texas BBQ in Berlin. It’s a true Texan Barbecue experience!
